Corporate Therapy

ESS - Certificate in the Practice of Seated 'On-Site' Bodywork  www.shiatsu.net

CORPORATE MASSAGE OR REFLEXOLOGY
can be implemented as part of your company's employee benefits program or employee incentive plan. This will make your company a more attractive place for people to work in, improve your employee satisfaction and productivity levels, whilst increasing well being and energy amongst your staff.

Using an on-site therapist as an employee benefit, increases loyalty, staff retention, staff motivation and improves their overall performance.  It is a great way
to boost morale, reward employee performance, and enhance the health and wellness of your business.

How does it work?
The business provides room for the therapist to give treatments who then operates in one of the following 3 ways:
1. The company pays the therapist direct for treatments given to employees;
2. The company subsidises the cost of treatments offered to employees; or
3. The employees pay the therapist for any treatments offered.

The therapist can be available either for half or one day per week, fortnight or month depending upon demand.  Whichever way, the business is demonstrating a caring attitude and signifying it's interest in the health and wellbeing of employees.

Employees are the ones who make their employer's business successful. Many Companies are now using employee health gifts as the best way to reward and incentivise their employees. These gifts can make a real difference to business success.  If your company has a comprehensive plan to ensure employee health and motivation then it will become a sought after place to come and work.

Rates for actual treatment time are as follows:
- London rates are 90p per minute subject to a minimum of 90 minutes
- Beckenham rate 75p per minute, surrounding area 80p per minute subject to a minimum of 60 minutes.

I can also offer oil massage for employees in 25 and 50 minute sessions  - I have been working this way in a hedge fund office for the past 4 years and have a full diary on the days I work.
